Mykolak Wojtiu, 88, of Clifton departed on this life on July 22, 2010 .
Beloved husband of Maria ( nee Herasimenko) . Devoted father of Michael, Valentina Connolly, Kateryna Bechtel, Anna Lucianin and the late Paul Wojtiuk. Loving grandfather of 10 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
Born in Luhansk, Ukraine, he lived in Germany and Belgium, coming to New York City in 1956, then to Paterson before settling in Clifton 7 years ago. Mykola was a machinist for Servometer Corp., Cedar Grove for 20 years retiring in 1989. He was a founding member and parishioner of St. Mary the Protectress Ukrainian Orthodox Church, Clifton and was very active in church activities including the church choir.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the church would be appreciated.
